Victoria’s own award winning.
James earned his Bachelor of Culinary Arts from Camosun College and has held positions at many of Vancouver Island’s well known resorts.
In 2019 James was featured in Douglas Magazine and celebrated as the Islands youngest recorded Sous Chef.
James also owns “Canadian Catering Company” where a majority of the proceeds are donated to charities.
