ABOUT
This cozy bistro in the heart of Oak Bay has deep roots in the community.
Thereafter it was purchased by Richelle Osborne who transformed the beloved fish & chippery into one of Oak Bay’s most cherished bistros, it’s walls adorned with artist Richelle’s beautiful creations.
The bistro changed hands in 2020 and the Blighty’s team has moved forward with the same spirit of community and delicious West Coast fare.
